What’s the proper dose?
Mild to moderate user: ½ grain rice size (25mg)
Heavy User: ½-1 grain of rice size (25-50mg)
Ways to consume RSO+
Sublingual: Depress plunger on syringe to release the desired amount and place under tongue. Hold RSO+ under tongue for as long as possible to help with absorption, swallow wat is remaining.
Topical: Depress plunger on syringe to release the desired amount and place on skin. Hold RSO+ with a bandage to ensure the RSO+ stays in the desired topical location.
Oral: Fill an empty capsule with RSO+ by depressing the syringe to release the desired amount of RSO+ into the capsule. Close the capsule and swallow with water. RSO+ can also be added onto food to help with consumption.
